Hi,
I thought this slide from Innovation Festival’s presentation by Matt Klein, Reddit’s Head of Global Foresight, was a nice encapsulation of how the Internet often feels these days.
If I were giving the presentation, I would’ve rephrased his slide to “We have no single answer.”
Instead, you’re likely bombarded with endless possible answers, from:
?? your email inbox (like this)
?? a brain rot video subtitle
?? AI summaries from unknown sources
I read a lot of thought-pieces about the death of marketing agencies, but the truth is that customers (whether they be patients, other businesses, or hungry folks) will end up at an answer they accept and that AI has to pull from somewhere. It might look different than how we do it now, but the top agencies will be nimble enough to adjust strategies to get you placement there. At least until the algorithm changes again.
