The General Administration of Customs of China will start using a new Special Preferential Tariff Treatment Certificate Issuance System from November 25, 2024, to implement zero-tariff treatment for 100% tariff items for the least developed countries that have diplomatic relations with China. Online-issued certificates of origin will start with the letter "E".
