Introduction
In today's "People Skills" newsletter, we're returning to our popular series of online courses.
The course today is "Empowering the Group" which is a key skill for leaders, whether leaders of large organisations or leaders of small teams.
Empowering the group means giving people full responsibility for what they do at work as individuals or groups.
It requires a new mindset on the part of leaders who have been used to running things by themselves. Without empowerment, your team will always be limited in what they can do and deliver.
As with all our online courses, there is a mix of slides, video, quizzes, e-books, articles, blogs, handouts, and infographics on this course. This allows you to use the online course for your own self-paced learning or as the basis for a workshop for others.
To browse, view, or download any of the course resources, you only have to click on the image links in the newsletter.
