Is Oneplus cheating their loyal customers?
There was some problem with my wife's Oneplus Nord display. We were quite confident that the problem will be?fairly resolved?at the Oneplus Service center nearby. So I visited the closest service?center which was in Chinchwad, Pune.
After a diagnosis of the phone at the center, I was informed the display was damaged and needs to be replaced which would?cost Rs 10100?for the display and Rs 472 as service charge. Trusting blindly in the brand I got the display replaced and paid the asked amount.
The shocking part was when I received the box of my replaced display, It was clearly mentioned there that the MRP, which is?the maximum retail price, was only Rs 7800.
Disheartened, I rushed towards the store manager for clarification. She informed me that Oneplus has hiked the price by Rs 2300 due to an increase in demand.
So should the customers be punished with the increase in demand?
Furthermore,?she told me that it was her mistake to not remove the MRP tag.
So was the brand planning to cheat the customers by removing the tag?
Is it the Brand or the service center that is cheating their loyal customers?
Because I was definitely cheated while replacing the display of my Oneplus Nord!!!

1 年That True. One plus is definitely cheating its client. I had an issue with my LED TV for which i raised a complaint on dated 26.12.23. Till date no solution is provided. Service centre gives a least care to arrange spare parts. Company Toll free number is meyerly a formality with a response that we will resolve it asap. No one even tried to connect and resolve issue. Heights of negligence from One plus team. Because of you guys i am suffering from last 20 days. #oneplus #india#dehradun#oneplusservice#worstservice. It is my humble request to everyone donot even consider Oneplus TV.

1 年Yes its is. I purchased One plus Air Burds pro nine month ago. but somehow, I loss Charging case. so, I contacted the Service center & the OnePlus Customer Support and sent email customer support. All likely the answer was the same. "We do not sell charging cases separately." it's not fair. I spent around 13000 thousand for primum gadgets. So please give me an alternative solution. Otherwise, its big problem for me same another customer Spend purchase High value gadgets how to we use. same Amount was spent other Brand just like Apple Samsung Electronics give a batter solution one Email and one call
