The one you'll use
GET FIT. RIGHT NOW.
If it were as easy as an internet stranger bullying you into health, then the #fitnessgurus and #gymbro content wouldn’t be so effective at both motivating and shaming us.'
We’re always told that we aren’t motivated enough or, my favorite, “nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.” (Maybe they’ve never had the Biscoff Cookie Butter Donut at Stan’s, but I have, and it’s so good that it shouldn’t even be legal.)
Regardless, there’s SO MUCH CONTENT that subtly aims to activate our internal guilt signals and rebrand that as motivation. But why doesn’t it do more than prompt us into action for a few days, or maybe a few weeks until our motivation bar is depleted and we jump back into the arms of our trusty bag of Cheezits?
Easy answer: traditional exercise is solitary and tedious.
Easy antidote: SymGym
We agree with the science that says that we’re all more inclined to make time for a physical activity if it’s fun. Competition, social engagement, choice, and challenge are motivating factors for consistent exercise.
We just need the process to be simple. That’s exactly what SymGym was designed to do. Our growing library of games allows you play, compete with friends, and get a serious workout.
Ditch the fitness guru guilt cycle.
