The one you feed ...
Have you ever heard the story of the two wolves? It's a really cool Cherokee legend that talks about the battle between good and evil within us.
There was an old Cherokee chief who was teaching his grandson about life, and he explained to him that there are two wolves fighting inside of us. One represents all the bad, like anger, envy, and selfishness, while the other embodies the GOOD, like love, hope, and kindness.
So the grandson was like, "Which wolf wins?" and the wise chief said, "The one you feed." Pretty deep, right?
What this story teaches us is that we have a choice. We can choose to focus on the GOOD and positive things in life, or we can let the bad consume us.
It's not always easy to be good and make the right choices, but by remembering this story, we can do our best. We can choose to feed the GOOD wolf and become the kind of person we want to be.
So next time you're feeling down or struggling with a decision, remember the story of the two wolves and choose to feed the GOOD one. Trust me, it works!
Make it a GOOD day.
