Is one year work anniversary a milestone!

Hello Guys,

Today is a very special day for me as on 13 October 2021, I started my professional journey with Dabster SoftTech. First Work Anniversary is always special for Everyone.

I'm delighted to inform you that I have completed my one year of service at Dabster SoftTech as of today. One year back on the same day I started my journey here. During this Journey, I have acquired much knowledge and enhanced my skills. It has been an amazing roller coaster ride full of excitement, knowledge, targets, upskilling, personal achievements, and challenges.

I still remember my first day full of curiosity, excitement, and nervousness. There were too many questions in my mind, Is this the right job for me? Can I do it? Do I have the right skills for this job? What if I failed to do it in the right way?

We all have such questions at the back of our minds when we start a new job or we are fresher in this corporate world. I'm very grateful to many peoples for this achievement as they helped me to stay motivated here and for their sage advice and inspiration. During this 1 year I have learned lots of things and also want to share a few with you all.

My Learnings:

1.???Set?work-life boundaries for self.

2. Build networks?– continue to reach out to people and accept when people reach out to you.

3. Always believe in yourself.

4. Be ready to accept any situation.

5. Always ready to learn and explore new things.

6. ?Ask?questions?even if they are silly or awkward. No one is judging you and even if they are, it’s a small price to pay.

7. Have gratitude?– thank people along the way, and feel grateful for what you have and where you are.?That’s one of the things that lead to happiness and success.

I want to thank everyone who either directly or indirectly made this journey of mine possible.?I want to acknowledge my family who has always been appreciative and supportive of whatever I do. I also want to thank my team for being the best — they are of great support and fun to be with. A Special Thanks to Udit Arora & Shubha Sharma for your continuous guidance and support.
