One Year at Starcare: A Journey Full of Growth and Gratitude

Wow, I can’t believe it’s already been a year since I joined Starcare Hospital! Time really does fly. I still remember my first day—feeling nervous, full of the usual worries about whether I'd fit in, and not knowing exactly what to expect.

When I joined Starcare, I was going through one of the toughest phases of my life. I was filled with doubts and uncertainties, both personally and professionally. But looking back, I can honestly say that Starcare has been a game-changer for me. This place has reshaped how I think, changed my attitude toward my work, and sparked a new energy in me to push harder and do more. It’s turned my passion for my job into something even more powerful.

While I was lucky to have a fantastic team and guidance in my previous hospital, I want to give a huge shoutout to Mr Satya Satya . , our CEO, for being the rock of support and my constant guide here. I often wonder how someone can be as amazing and cool-headed as you—you really are the change everyone hopes for in a leader!

A big thank you also goes to my manager, Mr. Vineesh , and to my incredible team members Joseph George Baby . You’ve all made this journey so much more special.
