One World Observatory - A 360° View Of New York City

One World Observatory - A 360° View Of New York City

In this newsletter issue, I share the second half of my Memorial Day journal entry, recapping a fun experience of a visit to One World Observatory with a dear friend of mine, who was in town from Raleigh, North Carolina.

So this adventure begins with us arriving at the main entrance to One World Observatory at 9 am sharp on a clear day in the Big ?? Apple, which is ideal for this type of tour.

Moreover, we were super excited to witness some breathtaking views of the world's greatest city, and you know me, I was also ready to journal ??? my thoughts!

After scanning the all-inclusive e-tickets I purchased online for my friend and myself the night before, we stood in the priority access line, patiently waiting to go through the security checkpoint and then to the elevators for an unforgettable 60-second ride up to the 102nd floor.

On the way over to the speedy elevators, I struck up a delightful conversation with some friendly people from Missouri, the "Show-Me" state, who were visiting the One World Observatory for the very first time.?

Once they found out that I was a native New Yorker, they asked me for some recommendations on must-see places and cool restaurants to eat at nearby.

As you would expect, I made a few suggestions and shared some unique insights on NYC, and of course, connected with them on LinkedIn. LOL!

After that pleasant exchange, it was time to hop on one of the fast-moving elevators. Upon making it to the elevator section, an attendant greeted us enthusiastically and politely guided my group into elevator #5 for the ride up. Here we go!

Now that we are at the top of the tower, it's time to explore. Let's go!

When I arrived at this spot, I just had to take a moment to admire the view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge from the top of One World Trade Center. Love it!

My dear LinkedIn friend, indulge me now by pausing, then summoning your imagination, and concentrate on mentally transporting yourself here with me.

Okay, now that you're here, standing right beside me, imagine walking ???? around One World Observatory with me slowly, chit-chatting, laughing, and taking some pics ??, all while enjoying the spectacular view!

Question? ??

So, if this was your first time visiting One World Observatory, what was your favorite part of the tour or picture that I shared in this article?

Until we meet again, most likely toward the end of the month, have a great start to your summer! ??

Fantastic post Anthony! Yes, I spotted the Water Soul Sculpture. Thank you for pointing it out. I loved the views!! Perhaps what I enjoyed the most was your video! I felt going up in the elevator to the 102 floor. What an exciting experience!
