One way to cope with change

One way to cope with change

Starting something new can be exciting but it can also be scary.?

How do you know if it'll work out? Are you making the right decision? Should you just stick with what's familiar and safe? What if you lose friends along the way? How much will this actually change your life? Are you really ready for any type of change? What if you just don't have it in you to see it through? What if you fail?

These questions are a constant echo in my mind whenever I'm trying something new. Hell, they pop up even when I'm doing something I've done plenty of times before! What if this time is different? What if all those other times I made it by pure luck and now my luck has run out? There's so much uncertainty with new things; it can feel like staring into the face of a dark, unknown void. You don't know where to step or which direction to go.?

What if instead of staring into a dark, unknown void you could stare into the light where there is clarity??

That's what coaching can do for you. It can clear out the foggy, dark mess and illuminate things so you can better see your options and make more informed decisions about your future. Group coaching is extra special because in that light there are friendly faces cheering you on and helping you expand the realm of what is possible for you. That is what you'll get to experience in my asynchronous group program, Flourish.?

Flourish, my mini mastermind is…

  • asynchronous so you can engage on your own time
  • a low-lift, high-impact program for people like you who are invested in legacy and social impact
  • a place for you to flourish, driven by your values and your purpose

…it's always a great time to illuminate what might have been feeling dark for some time now. Without the commitment of weekly or bi-weekly calls. Without any homework or the fluff of guidebooks, slide decks, and journaling pages (those things can be beneficial in the right space and time but we're busy!). All with the help of a luminous cohort cheering you on every step of the way and helping you shed light on things.?

If things have been feeling a bit dark for you, let's clear out some of that fog so you can walk confidently in your purpose. Join Flourish today ; we kick off on July 9th.
