One Voice Lifts All Voices: CCP's Brandy Hamar Shares Her Story
Community Care Partners
Our purpose is to keep people out of the hospital, Our promise is to provide Care That is Personal.
“Care That Is Personal” is Community Care Partners’ promise to our patients. It’s what guides us through our individual interactions with others and separates us from our competition. It’s the result of working in accordance with our values and it binds us together.?
Achieving it requires a lot of Everyday Heroes like Brandy Hamar, who leads our patient loyalty and satisfaction program, which covers more than 100 medical clinics. She was featured on an “Everyday Heroes” podcast earlier this month, and the resulting piece shines light on her story – and CCP’s.
Given how important our promise to give “Care That Is Personal” is to our company, we must know how well we’re delivering on that promise. That’s where Voice of the Patient (VOTP) program comes in. Through our patient reviews, we’re able to see where we excel and where we have opportunities to improve. VOTP pushes us to grow, encourages us to celebrate our wins and builds a common culture in a company in which our team members work thousands of miles apart. VOTP is at the heart of everything we do.
Brandy shaped the VOTP program, directs the flow of information that makes it tick and reinforces its purpose every day. She began as a patient service representative with CCP in 2015 when it was just three Eugene Urgent Care clinics. In her time here, she’s grown personally and professionally to become one of the key holders to our company culture.
