One Uniphar Leadership Event

David was honoured to be asked to deliver the keynote at One Uniphar’s leadership team event in Powerscourt, Enniskerry.

Working alongside Jay Chopra from Making Shift Happen and the leadership team at Uniphar, he designed an interactive, engaging programme that would set the team up for success in the future.

By leveraging the strong relationships it has with 200+ of the world’s best known pharmaco-medical manufacturers across multiple geographies it has grown to be one of Ireland’s most successful indigenous companies.

In David's session he shared the proven psychological tools and techniques that world-class performers use to influence their results, to drive their success and to inspire their people to exceed their own expectations and limitations.

In it he explored seven of the most important psychological skills, tools, and techniques that professionals should use every day to help accelerate their performance and sky-rocket their results.

He used case studies from businesses and individuals from all across the world who have achieved phenomenal results in their field and translated it into take-away tips and techniques that the audience could then use consistently to drive their ability to meet and exceed their targets.

At the event he also looked at the lessons that are covered in the Jim Collins’ book, ‘Good to Great’ and explored practical, meaningful, and measurable things that the audience could do every day to help boost their results.

Delivered in David’s trademark upbeat way, this session was filled with as much laughter as it was learning, with the audience engaged from start to finish.

David said: “I want people to have fun while they’re learning because I passionately believe that laughter helps the material to stick and makes it more likely that people will actually apply and employ it in the future.
