One, Two, Three, You Compete Me! An Easy Way To Eat Without Removing Macros

One, Two, Three!

I know you are wondering what I am talking about, well let me share with you a quick and easy way to remember what you should be eating at every meal. I know life can be busy and hectic and you may feel like you do not have the time to have a properly balanced meal. The easy way out is usually to nuke a quick microwave dinner or pick something up from a fast food restaurant.

It's not about dieting as much as what's in your diet

Let me tell you about the Complete in 3 meal plan. It's super easy and can be done for every meal. What the Complete in 3 meal entails is making sure you have these 3 food sources at every meal.

  1. Protein
  2. Fat
  3. Fibre

Let's take a look at a salad for instance. You can load up a salad with lots and lots of greens, pepper, cucumbers and tomatoes, which are all a source of fibre and good carbs. Add chicken or tuna for your protein and top it off with a light olive oil dressing. Done like dinner!

What about an omelette?

Your egg base is your protein, cook it in olive oil or real butter, not margarine for your fat. Load it up with veggies, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms etc for your fibre and good carb. BAM, all done.?

With the combination of these 3 food groups, you are not only filling up on great tasting whole foods, but also getting the nutrients, calories for energy and reducing your sugar intake.

Don't forget to always be kind to yourself and take some time to celebrate and elevate the beautiful authentic person you are. Eat to nourish your body so you may live an optimal life with your own style and grace. You Got This!

This past Tuesday, we continued on with the last 2 points in our discussion on 4 Ways To Create Health Habits. The final two points are:

3. Accountability/Mastermind Classes

4. Immediate Action

There is a difference in interest action and committed action. So many of us say we are "going to do it", "next week for sure", " when it's summer", etc, and what usually happens is, a distraction. Life happens and that action you were going to take, is forgotten.

Committed action is taking massive immediate action at the time an opportunity. Action is taken immediately because you are passionate about the outcome you are working towards. You understand that procrastination kills and are ready to take the dive into all you desire NOW.

Call To Action:

Say YES to a new opportunity this week that falls in the direction of of wellness journey. For example, add veggies to every meal this week. Take a 10min walk during lunch this week etc. 1% better every single day!

Don't forget to join me every Wednesdays at 7:30amEST for our mini LIVE workout sessions right here on Linkedin.
