The One Thing...

If there was just 1 piece of advice you could give.......anybody, your friends, co-workers, family, clients - anybody............?

I'm curious...

What would it be??

I know mine.

Its simple?

Its free?

Its easy?

And its completely accessible.

STOP.? PAUSE.? BREATHE

Call it what you want, this action, this tool, this strategy, advice...

Changed my life!

Overwhelmed - so many things to do, places to be, people to see, needs to meet, how can you do it all?

STOP.? PAUSE.? BREATHE

Anxious - unsure, nervous, having to face confrontation or a difficult conversation, things are out of your control?

STOP.? PAUSE.? BREATHE

Frustrated - feeling anger inside, unsettled, ready to explode ( or implode), reactive rather than responsive??

STOP.? PAUSE.? BREATHE

Whatever your trigger, I challenge you today.

When that moment comes? - when you feel out of control, ready to react, wanting to punch someone in the face or slap your kids sideways.......STOP.? PAUSE.? BREATHE...
