The One Thing...
Hi.
Welcome. You and I are now officially past the first month of this little LinkedIn Newsletter and I am learning a ton right along with you. Take a look at the past few editions and please leave comments on each of previous editions to help you, me -- and others -- try to figure out the best way to Focus. #deliver
Thank you. I appreciate it.
The Problem:?You Are Juggling Many Roles & Responsibilities
For this edition, let's pretend you and I are starting a conversation while sitting on a park bench (in the shade of course), listening to the birds, watching the world go by together.
ME: "Hey, how are you?"
YOU: "I don't know who I am?[with impressive sounding blah blah blah deleted here to stop you from eye-rolling me]."
You know the feeling. You are one person.
However, you show up to each person in the world as a different person [eek... some deep thinking possible there].
It winds up you get confused IRL (In Real Life) because you are trying too hard to be the person you think they want to see.
If you are confused, I can bet others are even more confused.
Hmmm.
The Actionable Tip:?Create Your ONE Thing
Ask yourself:

What is the ONE thing you are known for?
Or.
What is the ONE thing you want to be known for?
And.
Why?
Time for a little fun together....
Think about the problem and my actionable tip.
In the comments below, share?ONE?actionable tip on what is "The ONE Thing" you are known for (and why).
Bonus points this week for including a meme on the topic too... you know you want to!
I sincerely appreciate it and look forward to learning more together with you.
Thank you.

2 年I'm probably best known around here (Manchester, UK) for those outrageous theatrical moments during my coaching or training. What do I WANT to be known for? Much too difficult...!
