One Thing Can Change Everything

One Thing Can Change Everything

"Nothing in life is more exciting and rewarding than the sudden flash of insight that leaves you a changed person." –?Arthur Gordon Webster

Have you ever noticed how one thing can change everything?

Four thousand years ago, in ancient Mesopotamia, a group of people started to experiment by adding heat to sand, soda, and lime, and they created glass for the first time. Today that one thing has allowed us to invent microscopes that see down to the building blocks of life and telescopes allowing us to see back to the beginning of the universe.

One thing can change everything.

Until 1954 it was considered impossible for a human to run a mile in less than 4 minutes. And then Roger Bannister changed the entire world in an instant… by doing it. After that, others immediately began to break the 4-minute mile as well. Sometimes all it takes to create massive change is to achieve one thing. One insight. One realization. One move can change the entire game and set a new path for everyone else to follow. Can you recall a time when you made one choice, and from that choice, you watched your life unfold on a new positive path?

If you feel stuck in your work, held back in your business, or limited in your life, then I want you to know that an insight is just waiting for you. And what it takes to get that insight and let it grow into the game changer it wants to be is just to keep going. You have to keep putting one step in front of the next, even when it feels daunting.

But that's why I am here. I am devoted and passionate about guiding leaders to get the insights that up-level their organization, their lives, and their world.

We are heading into the new year. Is it time for you to fully grab the reins? If it is, then reach out to me, and let's talk about what you want to create in 2024.

The trick js Tony is that we rarely recognize or appreciate that one thing that leads to change in the moment. It is usually through reflection that we realize the moment in time of innovation and the true impact of discover. We can have inklings or assumptions, but the true impact that we create is rarely understood or appreciated in the moment. That is the beauty of discovery, your one insight is adopted and augmented by others and eventually something amazing happens that impacts people on a grand scale. But it all starts with a spark of insight.
