With the above in mind a free-flow of information is readily available to all inquisitive members with in house bulletins sent out on; key industry trends, crime rates, infrastructure investments etc. From this we can identify which areas have capacity and where to focus the attentions of our Bidding Team for long term pipeline opportunities.

Utilising this relevant information and dispersing across our six regions (Scotland, Teesside, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London) and working in tandem has both proven and truly ensures companywide growth which will see us surpass a landmark ￡20m turnover this year!

With our dedicated Sales Team optimising on a consistent work stream it gives us further allowance for development and to optimise flagship opportunities which may require further resource operationally, but without hindering the outstanding activities of the group.

Our Group Sales Director Nina Brooks works conjunctively with our Accounting Team to gage a forecast for each division which again is information relayed back to the Sales and Bids Teams to ensure consistent departmental growth and companywide investment.
