In my blog last month, I addressed the topic of “Follow the Customer” and how vital it is to listen to and understand customer needs and challenges in order to provide them information and solutions of value. Never has this concept become more critical than during this difficult and unprecedented climate of the global COVID-19 pandemic.

We are steadfast in our commitment and promise to “Answer the Call” of our customers. With new challenges of shifting entire operations and teams to mobile capabilities and remote work, we are here to help our customers navigate this journey so that they can continue to securely operate their businesses with minimum disruption.

Our engineering teams, from AI, to cloud, to security, to core infrastructure, along with our strategic partners in technology innovation, are ready to deliver solutions and services to enable your business continuity during this time. Whether it’s a collaboration platform which enables teams to we are here to support communicate and work with each other from multiple locations, or cloud backup and storage to ensure that your valuable data is protected, we are here to support all our customer needs.

Our deep gratitude and admiration goes out to the healthcare workers who are on the front lines treating patients infected with COVID-19, as well as the health policy directors, local communities and governments who are working 24/7 to find resources to contain the virus and researchers who are racing around the clock to find a cure.

With the above in mind, we are setting aside our DGX-1 GPU farm consisting of multiple NVIDIA V100 (32GB) GPUs and are offering the complimentary use of it as a resource to our customers who specialize in drug discovery for COVID-19. This DGX GPU farm would be fully configured and ready to go with the latest NVIDIA NGC containers. To uphold the recent “shelter-in-place” order and support social distancing, we are offering 24/7 remote access capabilities to the GPU cluster.

Our Data & AI team will also be on standby, offering their support and help as needed and required.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by this pandemic. We continue to support our employees and follow all recommended guidelines to maintain their well-being and safety so that they remain healthy and diligent in serving our customers. Our employees and partners stand ready as One Team during this challenging time and we are ready to deliver the solutions our customers and community need in this fast-evolving environment.
