One Sure Way To Stop losing Money And Opportunities Mostly Ignored..

There are Too many opportunities and money lost to this common plague.

It is there sitting in almost every household.

Here is why.

It's pretty important to Repeat terms to ascertain Clarity and Essence, especially in Negotiations and terms of References in any Business, Partnership, or Company contracts.

Beware of Simple One-Sentence Omission.

Maybe My Story Would Make Get you Intentional, Maybe you are even as Bad or worse than I was, and perhaps you are equally leaving a lot of money on the table too.

Maybe you are letting the breakthrough you have prayed for slip away in negligence!

Some years back, I lost some good money (a Heavy 6 figure) to a recruitment engagement contract.

1. It was a very regretful Experience.
2. I felt used and gullible.
3. I lamented and sobbed.
4. - My efforts excellently delivered were flushed down the drain, by a bit of negligence in my MOU and assumption in my Client’s terms and conditions!

The MoU Was verified by a legal friend but a verbal inclusion was omitted.

Hard lessons I learned, better still I learned the expensive way.

I am bold to tell you ignorance is expensive.?If you ever stop learning, you will be a future loss.

Fast forward,

Just three months later, I opened a book on my shelf on Negotiations,

and then I realized that if only I had read the book before writing that MOU,

I would have earned money and probably not even lost 'shishi' to negligence.

Get this!

On the Negotiation table, there are no little omissions; any omission is a CAPITAL and FINANCIAL LOSS.

WHAT DID I LEARN?

DO NOT LEAVE A BOOK ON THE SHELF UNOPENED TO LEARN JUST ONE IDEA.

That book on your shelf may be your income game changer.

Whatever made you buy the book, destiny has a lesson for you in it, if you will carefully find out.

Yet, Never read carelessly, Always read with an open mind to find something of value.

Are you going to make today and years ahead of you reading moments?

I have observed that Observation is One of the most powerful ways to learn and Grow Rich.

Have you ever imagined it this way?

Updated learning is fundamental in any organization if they must cover all the possible avoidable leakages in the process and delivery of their offering.

A bookshelf is like a Pharmacy? They contain concepts and ideas that can medicate past, present, and future issues?

Pharmacies vary. We also know that pharmacies and drugstores are not the same. Outlook, vision, and solution appetite matter!

Some bookshelves are like drugstores without a license. The license is the capacity to meet needs per time.

Some libraries are mortuaries since they contain obsolete books and are never updated. You can only drive backward using them.

Alas!

Some minds are not different. They only take you back.

Some businesses, Company Learning and Development Department are not any different too. They are industry and evolving age expired.

To Move forward!

You might need to Ask What exactly is the need? What must I learn, unlearn and Relearn?

The question is.

As an individual..

• Does your bookshelf fit?
• Do you even know if it fits.
• Is the Mind ready to learn?
• Are you willing to commit to it?

As a business and Organization.

• Are we fit for the roles and demands of the future workplace?
• Are our human capital resourcefulness future fit?
• Are we Skill-fit for Future opportunities?

I am not surprised, God, inspired Timothy to document it this way.

"Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation and doctrine" 1 Timothy 4:13!

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed but rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15!

For Faith Driven persons, A bookshelf without a BIBLE is very LIMITED!

The Bible is not for decoration but to decorate your life and eternity. It should be in your heart so that you live well, think right, and work right!

Captivity, waste, and losses of any kind are cheap and funded by a lack of knowledge.

• How do we know If we refuse to learn?
• How do we learn if we do not read and study?
• How do we apply what we learn if we do not THINK, REASON, AND LISTEN to GOD and YOU!

You can not NEGOTIATE the future without the Relevant information in the BOOK and insights from Books.

No professional or expert Can negotiate the Future without in-demand skills and Requisite Technology.

Without a doubt, if you must take advantage of the opportunity and lead in your field, There are Also High Achieving Skills You would Need To embrace, engage and employ.
