One successful case of silicone product customization

Please allow me to share my new customer -1 silicone customized customer.

1) The 1st product -4-hole silicone ripple ice tray

1.On November 25, 2022, I found the customer on Google and found that the products on the customer's website were similar to ours. Therefore, I sent an email to the CEO.

2.On November 26, 2022, the customer replied with a design idea.

3.From November 27th to December 5th, 2022, the designer provided free drawing designs based on customer requirements. After several modifications, the customer confirmed the drawings and requested us to send them to PI.

4.On December 7th, 2022, the customer confirmed the price and requested to draft the order.

5.On December 8th, 2022, we received payment from the customer and arranged for mold production.

6.On December 17, 2022, after the mold was completed, samples began to be made.

7.On December 19, 2022, send the sample to the customer for confirmation.

8.On December 27, 2022, the customer received the sample and agreed to start producing bulk goods based on the sample.

9.On January 5th, 2023, the product was completed for production, packaging, and then shipped for sea transportation.

10.On January 12, 2023, the customer received the product and began selling it on the website.

11.On January 15th, 2023, the customer replied that the sales were good and had already received some positive reviews from consumers. Consumers believe that this custom silicone ice grid design is advanced, easy to use, and unique.

4)The customer has paid for the fourth customized product on 10th July?and it is is currently in mold production.

5) Recently, the client has sent us new design requirements. After we complete the design, we are waiting for the client's confirmation.
