The ONE Strategy

There is ONE simple Strategy that I've built virtually all my business wins through.

20 years, one strategy.

The Ideal Business Pipeline.

Now, I certainly didn't call it that until recently...but the strategy hasn't changed and has worked for me to build:

  • 2 Award Winning Franchises
  • 2 Local Training Businesses
  • Certification Companies
  • Coaching Business
  • Area Exclusive Licensing Program
  • Membership Programs
  • Retail Businesses
  • Inforproduct Businesses

And it's worked for my clients doing 6 figures, 7 figures, 8 figures and even a couple doing 9 figures.

Here it is:

1. Build a community of people who have goals you can help them achieve or problems you can help them solve.

2. Offer low commitment solutions that deliver 10X the investment of time or money.

3. During this paid audition, over deliver on your promises and over deliver on client experience.

When I sign off with 'Dedicated to Your Success'...that's what I mean.

Demonstrate your dedication to their success.

Then, extend an invitation for those clients to continue on with you.

Some will choose not to accept your invitation.

Continue to be their fan and advocate.

Others will choose to accept.

Those people form the core of your business and your responsibility is to partner with them to achieve their goals.

That is the ONE Strategy that all of my business successes have revolved around.

It's why I've had a significant number of clients who have stayed around for more than a decade and it's why former clients return for coaching, consulting or guidance virtually every week.

And while the strategy is simple, most will pass right by this message, looking for the latest social media tactic or promise of hundreds of clients being bussed to their door.

Which is part of the reason I've been able to employ it dating back to MySpace's heyday, before Facebook existed outside of a dorm room.

And it has worked through recessions & pandemics and worked in markets across the globe...

...in part, aided by others' disinterest in it and their pursuit of the next magic solution.

The willingness to do what others won't becomes a competitive advantage.

Now, I shared this with you in hopes that a select few readers, maybe .1%, might be ready to stop chasing shiny objects and build their own Ideal Business Pipeline.
