Every third weekend of September, aligned with the fall equinox, over 8,000 venues in over 160 countries host free wellness events. World Wellness Weekend supports the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal #3: 'Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.' This global event encourages people to not just survive but thrive by making meaningful improvements to their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

What is World Wellness Weekend? ??

At its core, World Wellness Weekend, led by Founder Jean-Guy de Gabriac, award-winning Spa Consultant and Trainer celebrating 20 years, offers people around the world an opportunity to elevate their health by focusing on several key pillars:

  • Food as Medicine: A nutritious diet plays a central role in overall well-being. Focus on whole, unprocessed foods, reducing sugar and artificial ingredients, and fueling your body with nutrient-rich choices. ??
  • Exercise: Physical activity is essential for health. Whether you prefer walking, yoga, or strength training, regular movement boosts both physical and mental well-being. ?? Remember even small 5-10 minute “exercise snacks” add up and count.
