I took a pause and asked my body how are you feeling.. Body looked at itself and said, " Not feeling good , really.."
At that instant I knew, somewhere I must have been thinking negative.. I spent next few moments to check my thoughts and learned. I needed to shift them to something more positive. But then the movie I sat watching wasn't making any sense. How could I think positive. That's when I felt enlightened. I simply got up and moved out and wow, it was so pleasant outside. It was so fresh and alive. I took a pause and asked my body once again, "How are you feeling?" Body said, " Much better..".
Ha, ha.. It was all so simple.. It has always been. If only we could learn to take a pause, have a soliloquy to think right , life shall transform.
