Flexible office leaders convene as Birmingham’s office market surges with 165% YOY increase
Representatives from some of the city’s prominent flexible workspaces, including those from FigFlex, UBC, Spacemade, Bruntwood, x+why and Runway East, met in Birmingham last week to discuss the sector’s recent performance and share learnings with one another.
The regional meet-up was organised by the Flexible Space Association (known as FlexSA) – the trade body for flexible workspaces across the country. It comes as the latest report from Savills shows that Birmingham’s office market performed exceptionally well in Q3, achieving a 165% year-on-year increase, making it the top-performing regional market.

Recent B Corp influencer agency redpill raises more than £5k for charity?
Influencer marketing agency, redpill, powered by creative and driven by ROI, said it is wrapping up 2024 with its highest total yet raised for charity at over £5000, as well as also officially becoming a B Corp.
The agency has also achieved the IPA People First Promise badge of honour, which is awarded to agencies that are actively invested in and engaged in supporting employee’s mental health.
