One piece of peace

It is ok...if you are not able to find peace, calmness....don't think I want peace in my chaotic life...it is totally ok...now you might think how it can be ok, I want peace, I want time, happiness, I want to go out from this place...hectic schedule...I won't break too.
So here is my reason why I am saying this it is ok if you are not getting peace...
Because it is not for one day and is not about the place or situation...the environment around, office, class, family, you can't escape from all...
What you can do: If you feel...I am just running in my life, just take a short break, 1 deep breath...can take 2, 3,4,5..10, if you like it...
Try to talk to yourself: this is not a silly thing, try to observe your own thoughts, then find peace in your environment, workspace....outside just hold for a minute try to see others, observe...
Stay peaceful and calm...or try to be peaceful ....act calm, why to act because this will bring patience and you will realize, that was just moment and time, which will get a pass :) in next second....and maybe you can empathize with others too...then all happy happy.....
And one more thing ....peace is the state of mind...it doesn't mean to sit and always show a sweet smile, pretend to be a perfectionist that nothing is bothering....no, bring out the energy, do dance, laugh aloud...and when you see something wrong happening do take action and try to take initiative ....peace is about tolerance but anything wrong is not acceptable. Be happy, do good, and appreciate others for doing good.
