The top 1% simply do what the other 99% don’t.
These numbers are even exaggerated, as they should read 0.1% versus 99.9% But let’s stick to the social convention of rounding up to the nearest decimal.
Food tends to still top as the number one thing people shoot away, hashtag the s-$^&$-t one’s post, and share as feeds, reels, video clips, stories and what other meals the world of digital has given us.
Prized possessions - perhaps with an NFT value which I do not see - to share with a high yummy factor. It shows how much we adore food. Let’s leave our friends and family out of the picture and let bystanders and third-party onlookers drool over what’s been cooking.
And a couple of days later, we may have forgotten what we ate.?
What we absorb through our eyes, our brain interprets as something that needs to be processed. Many do not know that our retinas are part of our brain structure. The one part (well, two to be more accurate) that safely protrudes out of our skull.
Consciously, we take in all those visualisations of examples of street food gastronomy or what we created after slaving away in the kitchen. We may have forgotten what we indulged in. Our brain does not.
Accumulation of any action connected to what we perceive as positive, our brain stores and keeps on piling up as the “good” stuff. After all, if it is consistently being under the influence of edibles, it sees this as something that we, as human beings, grow accustomed to.

It transcends from the conscious (actions) into the subconscious (behaviours). We just do it because it has become a part of our identity. Be it good or bad, our subconscious does not take. It just does what it is consciously fed.
Just reviewing this, a similar trend emerges; those regularly snapping their breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks may not fit the model of Miss Universe or The Most Handsome Dude on the Planet.?
Unaware of the actions, the health results emerge in a less-than-preferred way.
Those in need of taking care of their health (and this is that 0.1%) simply don’t look around every single corner and do not open those doors they believe do not give them the jackpot.?
Our brain is mission control, the administrative capital of our body, and it rules how you feed it.
Be that one per cent who ignores the trend of food shooting and alleviates the bodily ailments associated with these actions to change your behaviour.?
