A little bit of a different spin today, so I thought I'd share a recipe of the week with you.
So here's this week's delicious healthy dish... The One Pan Turkey Meatball special!
Ingredients:
●????1 tbsp olive oil
●????? onion, small diced
●????2 cloves of garlic, minced
●????6-8 frozen turkey meatballs (120 g)
●????170 g cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
●????5 basil leaves, chopped
●????2 sprigs of fresh thyme
●????2 tbsp tomato paste
●????? tsp balsamic vinegar
●????1 ? cup water
●????60 g whole wheat spaghetti
*for 1 serving

Instructions:
Serve with fresh basil leaves on top.
