One Opportunity can change your Life

Everybody gets at least one opportunity which can change their entire life but very few takes that seriously. In reality, we don't know our future, we can't even assess an opportunity as a SMALL one or BIG one. Many times we estimate an opportunity as a small one and later realized that it was our biggest mistake.

As a Fresher, a very common question - "How Many Job Opportunities will you provide to us"? and I ask them a very simple question -

How many jobs can you do simultanously!

But it's very difficult for people | students to understand my question. Why are we looking for multiple opportunities to get success or fulfill our dream? Why can't a single opportunity change your life?

TO GET A JOB, YOU JUST NEED ONE OPPORTUNITY

Anubha Snehal, one of my student get an opportunity and I am proud to say that it's her seriousness that she worked day and night to encash that one. She has worked like this is the First and Last opportunity. She never ever dreamed about this and frankly speaking she was not even ready for that. She got this with a limited time frame or you can say an expiry date (which you will get along with every opportunity), she knew that it's a very difficult task but that doesn't mean it's an impossible one.

Hello Everyone,

I am Anubha Snehal, a B.tech final year student at Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. Recently I got a chance to be a part of the Synopsys Placement Drive. Without having any training in the VLSI field, I found it really difficult to crack the Interview & the lockdown for COVID-19 possesses another problem of not having any interaction with the mentors. But fortunately, I was backed up by our professor & mentor Dr. Saroj Rout. He arranged a training by VLSI Expert Pvt. Ltd.

Saroj Rout sir & Puneet Mittal Sir, himself took many sessions & never left us with any queries in our mind. They have bridged all the gaps which were a hindrance in our path to achieve our goal. Training provided by VLSI Expert was a free training & covered topic such as VLSI basic (Digital, CMOS, RC Circuits), STA & SI, Physical Design, Parasitic Extraction & DFM basics, etc. The sessions were conducted online on the ZOOM platform which was approximately 60+ hrs spread across 15 days. Saroj Sir along with Puneet Mittal Sir was always ready to invest their precious time for us. Even without any background knowledge of this industry, I was able to grasp knowledge in the fields mentioned above.

The sessions were not only about the VLSI topics but were equally motivating. After every session, we were told motivational stories by Saroj Sir just to ensure we don’t lack motivation. We were also given mock interview sessions to know about the probable questions being asked in the interview & to have an idea of how to approach a question being asked in the interview. The strategies & doubt clearing sessions were also an integral part of the training.

Apart from this, the papers on various topics on the website https://paper.vlsiexpert.com along with the related videos were very helpful to have my concepts cleared. With the help & guidance of VLSI Expert & Prof. Dr. Saroj Rout, I was able to prove myself in Synopsys Interview that I am a good learner and trainable within a short span of time if I will get correct guidance. Thanking them is not enough for the help which we have received from them.

A proper plan along with proper guidance is the best combination to achieve any target.

There is a piece of advice that I would like to give to my readers,

HAVE FAITH IN THE PROCESS. Hard work with proper strategy can outdo the luck factor.

I would strongly recommend the readers to follow VLSI Expert for training in the VLSI field, this is the best platform where you can have your doubts cleared & you will be able to understand the concepts from the very basic.

Moreover, have your fundamentals cleared, go to the depths of each & every topic so as to understand every bit of it.

Creativity along with the thirst of learning something new is what everyone looks for.
