Here is a Mini Blog/ Q&A based on another question that came up on my courses and Meetups in Riga, Berlin & Munich, and after my famous post  Why should you attend the next LeSS Training in your area, that I promised to answer ...So here we Go.... Great Question ..

Q: Is there one and only way How to work with LeSS? Or it’s more about us than guidelines?

A: The Less framework is by definition minimal and does not cover many aspects of product development, this is aimed at having the organization experiment in order to learn and find what works for them.

However, there are the LeSS rules, which we believe to be mandatory and should be followed to the letter… of course it's not always easy and being able to that will require a lot of time and effort invested in getting rid of all the waste and complexity that was designed in the system.
