What you will do?
As the Director of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the IT function. You will lead and run operational excellence initiatives, drive continuous improvement of the SPQ function, and ensuring alignment and integration across all levels and domains. Reporting to the Senior Director of SPQ, you will support various transformation initiatives, bringing energy, grit and enthusiasm for change. You will build positive relationships with senior IT leaders, including our Global Chief Information and Chief Digital Officer, and other key partners, providing insights and recommendations to optimize operational performance and outcomes. You will also engage and collaborate with external organizations to benchmark and leverage standard processes, continuously improve operational execution and evolve our ways of working as our company grows. In this role, you will work closely with the SPQ Leadership Team and the Senior Leader community in Global IT drive consistency, improvement and optimize efficiency in our function. You will be responsible for SPQ’s operating model.
You will actively research standard methodologies and have a passion for organizational change, and you’ll use your excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills to deliver change. You have a customer-centric attitude, and you thrive in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative environment You will be given their own remit of responsibility and will be expected to use initiative and a self-driven approach, with the opportunity to identify and suggested continuous improvement opportunities.
