ONE OF MY MOST PAINFUL & MOST BITTER EXPERIENCES OF LIFE.

?Dear friends,

?I know a person named Mr. Taufail Ahmed, who is presently the owner of a firm named/called “ Visionities ” which is at present situated/located at 5/1, Swinhoe Street, Ballygunj, Kolkata – 700019 ( West Bengal ).

?I had joined one of his sister concern “ Vision Promotions Private Limited ” in the month of December – 2001 & worked over there till 30th April – 2002 i.e for five months.

?Mr. Taufail Ahmed was extremely clever & very shrewd person & he never used to give any appointment letters to any of his staffs ( for their entire service periods ), i.e whosoever, had ever joined & worked in his company i.e “ Vision Promotions Private Limited ”. Therefore, due to his, this very clever & extremely tactical move & after making some of his staffs work over there, for certain months, and finally, at the time of salary payment/disbursal moment/time ( i.e at the end of the month ), he always used to tell them that, since his company is facing lots of fund shortages, so it is very difficult for him to pay them their salaries now & so, he would definitely pay their due salaries after a month or in the next month. And when the next month comes/arrives, he again used to tell them, the very same thing, as mentioned above.

?During my entire service period i.e of five months with “ Vision Promotions Private Limited ” he did not even pay me the salary, even for a single month or foe a single day. My total due salary with his company at that time was i.e stood upto Rs. ( 7,500 X 5 = Rs. 37,500 + 3,000 as local conveyance expenses, as I was Marketing Executive over there, at that time. Therefore, at that time, I lodged a police complaint against him at Gariahat Police Station - Kolkata & also with O.C - Cheating Department, Lalbazar police Head-Quarters – Kolkata & also with “ the shops & Establishment office ” – Labour Department – Kolkata. My case no. ( at that time ) at the shops & Establishment office was “ 70-P/2003 ”.

?I lost all the cases at all the governmental departments, wherever, I went because ( on the ground that ) I did not got/received any appointment letter from Mr. Taufail Ahmed’s side during my entire service period, & that was indeed & infact, his most added favourable advantage. Therefore/so, without an appointment letter, no one, can ever win a case against any company or an individual person, anywhere at all ( i.e wherever he may go ).

?Exactly, the same things happened with three of my collegues/friends who had worked over there with me during that time/period. Their names are Mr. Asis Roychowdhury - ( salary unpaid for two months, along - with all his local conveyance expenses), Mr. Amlesh Kumar Shaw - ( salary unpaid for one months, along-with all his local conveyance expenses ), Ms. Kamalika Bhattacharya ( salary unpaid for one month, along-with all her local conveyance expenses ).

?During my entire service period, Mr. Taufail Ahmed, even made me worked for nine Sundays & never paid me even a single penny for all my entire services, that I had rendered to him, so far.

?All of them failed to get any of their due claims/amounts from Mr. Taufail Ahmed ( as their total salaries & local conveyances ) because no one had ever got/received any appointment letter from his side. Appointment Letter is one of the most important & the only main document through which ( or on the basis of which ) one could get all his due/claim amounts from a company.

?Today, after so many years, I got certain details about Mr. Taufail Ahmed through “ Google Search ” & so, I was indeed very eager & extremely enthusiast to share this, one of my most bitter, most & extremely painful experiences of my life, with all of you.

?CONCLUSION :

?This Taufail Ahmed is the utmost third class person ( i.e totally/fully characterless person ) that, I had never come through in my entire life ( i.e I have never seen in my life ). He is also an unmatchable, the most third rated person ( i.e the most evil person ) & also a biggest cheat & fraud person, that I had ever met & come through in my life ( with a very high criminal deception onto his mind i.e to cheat & deceive maximum number of? people in his life ). He is the most evil person who behaves in most dishonest way.

?He is expertise in deceiving & cheating maximum number of? persons in his life & absolutely, no one, at all, can beat him in his such type of? qualities.
