One of my favorite ways to exercise is walking.
You don't need an expensive membership or any special equipment. Some of the benefits of walking: helps improve mood, boosts circulation, helps with sleep, improves people blood sugar levels, reduces the risk of stroke, heart disease, and many cancers. Can't get outside to walk because of bad weather? Most locations have malls that allows walkers and some have information on laps/miles. No excuses start walking today and I guarantee you'll feel better. #tracystips
