ONE OF THE MOST OVERUSED WORDS IN LIFE...

Leadership is really hard... and yes, it is way too overused in everyday conversation. It is certainly aspirational and everyone wants to become one. 

But leadership is very hard, and the kind I am talking about is the kind that goes on to run large organizations successfully. With context to this post on leadership, "good" truly is the enemy of "great"... We do not have a lot of great leaders because we have a lot of good leaders.

People do a lot for money, and they do more for a good leader, but they do most for a belief... and the kind of leadership I am talking about is one where a great leader can marry you to a belief of what is possible, and then take you there. Those are truly few and far between. 

And that is a journey where you will experience vulnerability in a way you have not known before. It is a journey that will make you dig so deep into your soul, your heart, and your mind - because that is the price it asks for... and without going through that you won't have the legs to lead. It is a journey that will make you meet your truest self.
