One More Death because we are not able to accept and digest our failure.
Well, entire India corporate fraternity is paying homage to Mr.VG Sidhartha indeed a true entrepreneur, a visionary and successful business man as per his debt vs assets ratio.
I do respect Mr. VG Sidhartha, who brought culture of coffee-shop in India, but according to me true reason for his suicide lies under his statement " I AM FAILED AS AN ENTREPRENEUR."
According to me failure should be considered as warning bell or a wake up call, but the society in which we live today, can not accept failure. Our society treat failed people as culprits and Once who was successful and now failure is treated as bigger culprit. On the contrary risk and reward both are increased when you build empire like Mr.VG Sidhartha. Probably Mr.VG Sidhartha was not able to digest his failure and may be he ended up like this. From childhood our family, our society, our culture teaches us how to accept and enjoy success but when it comes to accepting and digesting failures no body is willing to discuss about it, hence when failure knock us down we feel like our world has ended. As per my viewpoint "He might have failed as an entrepreneur, but he had chance to set off all the debt, and he could get retire" but he was not wiling to live with tag of failure at age of 60 with vast experience of business and entrepreneurship where ups and downs are part of the daily routine.
With this i want to say only one thing that success is desirable but when it comes to failure every one should possess guts to celebrate failure, ability to learn from it. May be one day we may rise and shine beyond our horizons.
