With each push-up I grit my teeth and swallow a tear. Not only for my family but also for my friends that are experiencing pain, sorrow or grief,,,for many, much worse than my own. My push up crusade is not only for me, it is also for you ?
I have committed to ?? (100) push-ups every single day for the rest of my life, while I'm able, to support my parents, and Dad's ongoing 13+ year battle with Parkinson's Disease.
