I offer one lunchtime per week, for better workplaces

During the past decade, I had the chance to learn new ways of working and interacting with people, to build concrete and durable results in the workplace. My current skills are organizational agility, holacracy, organizational model design and change, coaching teams and individuals, facilitation and collective intelligence enhancement (more info about myself on my profile page).

In my experience, those skills can make organizations better places to work within and can allow them to achieve better results. However, it could be dazzling for an organization to find what is really needed, especially because of other priorities and conflicting interests of consulting companies (aka, they need to make money on selling services).

If you think that I could be useful to your organization I am glad to share my experience and free advice during one of my lunchtimes. Every week I will offer one lunchtime for sharing, through video conferencing (or in person, if you are in Geneva). If you are interested contact me privately to agree on the day. I promise that I will not attempt to sell you anything and that I will try to be as objective as I can.

I can do it in English, French or Italian.

If you think that this initiative could be useful to others, please let them know.

I love this picture and was about to look after it on the web (I need it for a project), thank you and all my wishes for your action. This is really you, I wish you could come more on the contemporary art field, I know you like it and have something to express in it. So long
