No one likes ANTS that I know - but this kind of ANTS are Automatic Negative Thoughts (per Dr. Daniel Amen) - and how to change them.
Dr. Daniel Amen - brain specialist & neuro-psychiatrist, etc.---- (myself joining www.brainfitlife.com is helpful already to me - worthy looking into, joining, reading his resources, etc.. Has so many resources also on www.danielamen.org). It's about disciplining thoughts.
