One of New York City’s last surviving mansions from the Gilded Age is now for sale—for a cool $65 million. The Upper East Side home was built in 1901 (at the height of the Gilded Age) and boasts 28 rooms, including seven beds, eight baths, 14 fireplaces, and eight floors (six above street level) all spanning 18,000 square feet. The limestone Beaux Arts home is located at 15 E 63rd Street (the same street where Neil Diamond currently lives) and was designed by architect John H. Duncan. Many of the home’s details are original to its construction, including a fly, winding marble staircase. Louise Beit of Sotheby’s has the listing. Learn more about the home (and see the stunning photos) here.

There’s a pop-up bar if you’re in need of refreshments, but otherwise, no outside food, drink, or chairs are permitted. Performances start at 7—I’m planning on going tomorrow, who’s joining me?!?
