One Lambda - Leading Transplant Diagnostics for over 35 years

Pioneering scientist Dr. Paul Terasaki created the technology used to identify the first HLA antigens at UCLA in 1964, immediately revolutionizing the field of HLA and transplantation.

For over 30 years, the company has been at the forefront of transplant diagnostics, bringing new and innovative solutions to HLA laboratories worldwide aiding in delivering reliable and actionable data in pre and post-transplant.

HLA typing products:

The portfolio of molecular typing products offers kits from low- to high-resolution.

1.?????? Terasaki HLA Tissue Typing Trays & serology products: contain well-characterized antisera that produce consistent and accurate HLA typing with complement dependent cytotoxicity methods

2.?????? Micro SSPTM: Amplify genomic DNA using SSP to determine HLA class I and class II using conventional PCR

3.?????? LabtypeTM: Combining Luminex xMAP technology with reverse sequence-specific oligonucleotide (rSSO) technology, high throughput DNA typing is achieved

4.?????? LinkseqTM typing: With LinkSēq kits, you can achieve high throughput on a real-time PCR instrument& type multiple samples per hour.

5.?????? SeCoreTM: High resolution typing of HLA alleles using SBT technique (Sanger Sequencing)

6.?????? ALLTypeTM: Our portfolio of AllType? assays offers a complete high resolution next generation sequencing solution that provides single tube amplification for all eleven Class I and Class II loci.

Antibodies detection products:

Patients can form HLA antibodies in response to pregnancy and transfusion, and also in response to transplant-mismatched antigens. When they form as a result of transplant, they are commonly referred to as donor-specific antibodies (DSAs). The collection of integrated solutions allows for the determination of antibody profiles and expanded antibody coverage to give you robust, reliable PRA screening results.

1.?????? Lambda cell traysTM (LCT): Panels frozen lymphocytes dispensed in terasaki trays, designed to determine PRA and HLA antibody screening by complement-dependent cytotoxicity.

2.?????? Lambda antigen traysTM (LAT): LAT kits are designed for the detection of HLA IgG antibody and feature purified HLA Class I and Class II antigens in each well of a Terasaki-format tray.

3.?????? LabscreenTM: using Luminex xMAP platform designed for precise determination of PRA percentage in a broad range of targets. Labscreen kits are variable from low to high specificity.

  • Labscreen mixed: tests for the presence of HLA Class I and Class II antibodies
  • Labscreen PRA: determines percent PRA and identifies antibody specificities using HLA antigens purified from different cells.
  • Labscreen single antigen: Single antigen assays provide a unique solution to the dilemma presented by high PRA patients. In these patients, antibody reactive to one or more dominant epitopes can mask the presence of additional antibody specificities
  • Labscreen autoantibodies: The LABScreen Autoantibody assays provide a convenient way to characterize and study the autoantibody repertoire in human sera

4.?????? ?FlowPRATM: The FlowPRA?product line offers screening, specific antibody, and single antigen detection assays using flow cytometry

5.?????? FlowDSA-XMTM: a flow cytometry-based crossmatch assay optimized for the detection of leukocyte antibodies, distinguishing from autoantibodies.

6.?????? C1qscreenTM: using Luminex xMAP platform, C1q screening provide laboratories with a reliable tool for distinguishing between complement binding and non-complement binding antibodies.
