One for good luck ??

Hey there! It's Friday the 13th, and I think it’s safe to say we could all use a little luck in our lives, whether you’re the superstitious type or not (or perhaps, for fans of a certain tv show, you’re just a little ‘stitous ).

Although truly unlucky events do happen in the workplace, some circumstances we think of as unlucky can be prevented or mitigated by the right comms. This week, I’ve shared a helpful resource on how to ensure your messaging is getting across to every employee, along with some upcoming events where you can discover the best IC inspiration and strategies to set your org up for success.

I believe we’ll all have a fantastic day despite what the calendar reads. But just in case, until tomorrow, it may be best to keep your umbrellas closed indoors and try to avoid any cracks you see in the sidewalk. Let’s (carefully!) dive in.
