As someone currently in the selling process of my home I couldn't agree more. Interior design is my profession and I frequently tell clients home staging is an investment. My much loved, space taking, antique piece could have been a buyer's decision to say no! As for my real estate agent it is hers to market and sell I don't hear the criticism of the property direct so my memories are not offended!! The only house I ever cried over leaving was my first!
