NO ONE, NOT EVEN THOSE ORDAINED BY GOD, CAN BREAK HIS NATURAL LAWS WITHOUT SUFFERING!
The passage, ‘Follow the Lord’s rules for doing his work’ (2 Timothy 2:5 TLB), reminds us that, Jesus made it a habit to take regular time out for rest and renewal, but unlike Him, many of us, in an attempt to remain in everyone’s good ?books, go out of our way trying to comply with their demands only to end up walking around stressed out and depressed, forgetting that we are the ones who make our own schedule, so if we do not like it, we should do something about it. In other words, we must put our lives under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, learn to put first things first, realise we too have needs and stop expecting everybody to cater to them. So let the knowledge that: 1) Just as athletes have to follow the rules of the game or be disqualified, we must learn to follow the rules for doing God’s Work; 2) No one, not even those ordained by Him, can break His natural laws without suffering; and 3) Not every problem is spiritual, some are physical and we cannot blame the devil for things that are clearly our own fault; teach you, if you desire to fulfil His will for your life, to learn to set boundaries!FG. www.femigee.com
