The One Element of Strategy we too often Forget

The One Element of Strategy we too often Forget

Most businesses have a strategy.

We all know what they look like.

A pile of analysis, a deck of slides, a list of goals longer than our shopping lists.

Everyone is consulted, we all buy in.

But often there's an elephant (or a large truck) in the room.

Don't let on, but one thing's often forgetten.

How are we going to get there?

That's were the rubber does (or doesn't) hit the road.

Good strategy is a focused response to a specified challenge.
