One Easy Way to attract new/old customers and Engage your employees

While I was driving to an appointment, I noticed that a long-established niche retail business had changed their signage. I also noticed that their parking lot was full.?

They hadn’t changed their name-they had simply changed the appearance of their logo from an all-black background to a white one and their name was displayed very differently.?

Why would they do that? Was it change simply for the sake of change or are they signaling that maybe they also have new products to go with the old ones? It certainly got my attention-especially the full parking lot.??

How could this help your business? ?

You might want to consider a few questions. Are you really the same business today that you have been in the past? Has your experience enabled you to better serve and bring more value to your customers? Have you added anything new to your product or service menu? Would a slight alteration to your logo or other visual media signal something new?to your customers and prospects??
