Retreat or team building is a shift for the staff from the daily work environment in order to relax and learn new things about the company itself, about their own potential and about each other.?All this in a space that has no office elements.?The KosovaJob team led by Arion Rizaj has chosen the coastal city of Durr?s for two days.?With little rest and many activities, the first day was defined by adrenaline, challenge and relaxation.?With the all-day activities of Theta Training, every game/activity has been a beautiful challenge to the unknown.?From activities that help more activation and energy, the team has naturally moved to games that put them in different positions and in different interactivity with each other.?The team was faced with difficult questions where it should position itself on one side or stay neutral.?Each position must be justified in a few words.
Theta's team-building programs are aimed at increasing self-confidence in individuals and teams, encouraging initiative-taking, team bonding and building trust, encouraging accountability, and fostering innovation to solve challenges.?Besnik Leka emphasized that the activities chosen in the agenda of the program were intended to promote individual and team work, with the aim of developing interaction between team members, abolishing hierarchy and respecting the ideas and initiatives of group members.?

Our teams had a chance to have fun, compete and get to know each other better - and all this on the beautiful Adriatic coast of enchanting Albania, he said.

The training and activities organized by Theta Training have helped me increase my personal awareness and develop my skills in stress management, communication and cooperation with the team, said Rinor.
Activity that brings out a new perspective for yourself and others
The Johari Window activity has helped team members dig deeper into their own personalities, learn something new about themselves from group members, and share something new about themselves with group members that they weren't aware of.?To conclude, by learning something completely new with the help of group members' questions, the Johari Window activity helps them to go deeper and feel freer to discuss different issues.?Everyone has come away from this game with a new perspective on themselves and others.?There, questions are asked which the colleagues take out of the office positions.? Migerta Berisha is one of the youngest colleagues of the KosovaJob staff, to whom this experience has helped her to get to know the staff much more closely.
For me, this workshop was the most necessary, I believe that there would be no better place than a coastal place in spring time for such training.?The day was filled with different activities where we each had space to express ourselves or get involved in every activity.?Personally, I managed to understand some new things about myself and the company which are positive, said Migerta.
In their impressions, Alex and Arion share the same thoughts that this has served them as a wonderful experience to see the employees of the departments coming from different levels to unite in similar goals.?
This has given everyone the opportunity to step out of their usual positions and see each other in a different perspective that can result in new ideas and new approaches to serve our customers' needs, said Arion.
