According to Chinese legend, tea was first discovered by Shennong, the Divine Farmer over 5000 years ago. A small leaf carries the wisdom of “ Dao Fa Zi Ran” in Chinese culture. Brewing tea involves many details, the art of tea including steeping, appreciating,smelling and drinking the tea. The aroma is the soul of tea while temperature is its life.
