That One Co-Worker…
I’m pretty sure we all can relate in someway about that one co-worker who bitches all the time?(excuse my french), talks about everyone (Including you), has their nose in everyone’s business (Including yours), is miserable all the time, think they know it all, and won’t hesitate to throw you under the bus. If you haven’t experienced these types of people well lucky you.
For me personally I’ve experienced a couple. Everyday the same shit day in and day out with these people. Seems like their never satisfied. Every time you turn around their nose is in someone else’s business, worrying about what so and so did and how they did it. You can’t even afford to make a minuscule mistake around that person. It gives them more ammo to talk about you behind your back, and then they have the nerve to come talk about someone else to you.
Soon as something goes wrong which doesn’t necessarily has to be a serious matter, they seem to get some type of satisfaction of trying to throw you under the bus. They never can take the blame for their own mistakes. There’s always a reason on why it happened. For some reason these people come with a lot of smart remarks, they can dish it out but can’t take it.
Over time all the nagging, bitching, blaming, crying, complaining, and anything else you can think of that fit’s the mold of this interesting individual builds up. Then eventually you snap and now you’re looking like the bad guy. It’s like that saying that sorta goes along the lines of “the person initiating the problem never gets caught it’s always the person reacting.” But for the most part it’s pretty easy to feel everyone out and weed out the snakes early on. Just remember to keep a far distance.

I’ll speak for everyone against your ignorance. Nobody wants to be around your negative energy. You are the problem. Stop minding everyone else’s business and get your own shit together. Check yourself before you come trying to contaminate the workplace!!!
