Barnes NY team was at One Clinton last week for a quick preview of the project. Pretty interesting and relevant. The only high-rise in an area that is mostly limited in its expansion endeavors (landmarked buildings), but also lined-up with Cadman Plaza Park, ensuring protected open views for the foreseeable future.
