One Charlotte Health Alliance Screenings Return to Crisis Assistance Ministry

Crisis Assistance Ministry is excited to welcome the One Charlotte Health Alliance mobile unit back to their 500-A Spratt Street location in Charlotte, this Thursday, June 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The collaborative project of Atrium Health, Novant Health, and the Mecklenburg County Department of Health connects communities to health services as it visits neighborhoods across the County to provide:

• General medical screenings
• Health and wellness education + social needs assessments and referrals
• Mental Health Screenings

No appointment is needed and you do not have to be a customer of Crisis Assistance Ministry to visit the mobile unit for free blood pressure, blood sugar, and other health screenings.
