One Big Way To Destroy Yourself & Career
As a certified Master Life Coach with speciality in productivity and peak performance, I have worked with many professionals and entrepreneurs who are striving to build thriving careers and businesses. Unfortunately, I have also seen many of them sabotage their own success by allowing their emotions to take control.
It's a common misconception that successful people never experience intense emotions or make impulsive decisions. However, the truth is that successful individuals have learned how to regulate their emotions in a way that allows them to make sound decisions even in high-pressure situations.
This is what some people call high emotional intelligence.?
If you're looking to build a successful career or business, it's crucial that you learn to manage your emotions effectively. This means understanding how your emotions impact your decision-making process and taking steps to manage them when necessary.
One key aspect of emotional intelligence is being able to remain composed when faced with challenging situations. This doesn't mean that you should suppress your emotions or pretend that everything is fine. Rather, it means learning to stay calm and focused even when things are not going as planned.
You are staying calm and focused so you can solve the problem. The right emotional intelligence helps you to be solution oriented and not to be worry oriented.?

Another important aspect of emotional intelligence is being able to channel your emotions in productive ways. Emotions can be a powerful motivator, but they can also be destructive if not managed properly. Successful individuals have learned how to harness the energy of their emotions and use it to fuel their actions in positive ways.
If you're struggling to manage your emotions in a way that allows you to build a successful career or business, it may be time to consider working with a coach or having a talk with your mentor. Through coaching, you can learn valuable skills and techniques for regulating your emotions and making sound decisions in any situation.
Remember, emotions are a natural part of the human experience. It's not about avoiding them, but rather learning to manage them in a way that allows you to achieve your goals and build the life you want. With the right mindset and tools, you can develop the emotional intelligence you need to succeed in any endeavor.
Do not destroy yourself, your relationships and career by leaving your emotions to change.?
One tip you can do daily or within the week that can contribute greatly in your emotional intelligence. I personally use this:
Exercise Regularly: Engaging in physical activity releases endorphins, which are natural mood boosters. Exercise also helps to reduce stress and anxiety, promoting mental and emotional wellbeing. Incorporating exercise into your daily routine can help you to manage your emotions more effectively.
